Joan Wallace was by far the best Realtor we’ve ever worked with , and this is our 6th home purchase in 40+ years.  We had a lot of false starts as we took almost 3 years to sell our last house and Joan has the patience of a saint! Joan Wallace demonstrated high standards for customer service. Meaning she was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by proactively and patiently coordinating among all parties involved. About Joan’s character – we know that realtors are paid a commission based on the sales price. Joan, however, appeared to place our interest above her own.  In addition, she didn’t act pushy.  She said that she’d show us property until we were fully satisfied.
