Sussex County Delaware Real Estate Market Statistics for the week ending June 24, 2018

For last week there were a total of 48 properties sold in Rehoboth and the surrounding areas – down 35% from the previous week.  63 properties went under contract last week, up 21% from the previous week.  Currently there are 2,397 Properties for Sale which is up 19 properties from last week.
