Joan Wallace was by far the best Realtor we’ve ever worked with , and this is our 6th home purchase in 40+ years.  We had a lot of false starts as we took almost 3 years to sell our last house and Joan has the patience of a saint! Once we finally were able to buy she made the process flow smoothly and her attention to detail was fantastic.
