Joan Wallace demonstrated high standards for customer service. Meaning she was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by proactively and patiently coordinating among all parties involved. About Joan’s character – we know that realtors are paid a commission based on the sales price. Joan, however, appeared to place our interest above her own.  In addition, she didn’t act pushy.  She said that she’d show us property until we were fully satisfied.
